3. Please Do Not Submit Sensitive Information
Do not submit protected health information, patient records, medical claim details that identify a patient, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, banking passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through a general website form. If sensitive documentation is needed later, we or an independent solution provider will provide an appropriate secure method.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and assess whether a requested solution may be a fit;

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand which campaigns generate inquiries, and support advertising or remarketing. Some technologies may recognize your browser across websites or over time.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will provide additional consent or privacy-choice controls. We will also honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose relevant information to:

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, or certain profiling, where applicable law provides those rights. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional or inquiry-related communications may continue when appropriate.
Submit a request to info@spendown.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Please identify the right you wish to exercise and the email address associated with your interaction. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.
Virginia residents may also appeal a denial by emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Communications
By submitting an inquiry, you request and authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. Marketing emails will include an appropriate method to unsubscribe. You may ask us to stop marketing calls or messages at any time. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining any product or service. Automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts will be made only when legally permitted and after obtaining any consent required by law.
9. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including evaluating and servicing opportunities, maintaining business and compliance records, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of the information, the relationship, legal requirements, and operational need.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may link to or connect you with third-party websites and independent providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information directly to them.
